故事发生在路易斯安那州的一个小镇——BonTemp。由于日本人发明的一种叫做“真血”（TruBlood）的人造合成血，吸血鬼们可以通过购买的方式获得血液来维生，一夜之间从传说中的怪物摇身变成了普通市民。虽然人类不再是吸血鬼的盘中餐，理论上两者能够和平共处共同生活，但是对于这些“走出棺材”的生物的理解仍有待加强。宗教领袖和政府官员选择了他们的立场，但是在BonTemp小镇，审判还未开始。

科米特（芘拉妮·巩泰MattPeeraneeKongthai饰）是一个身材有些胖胖的姑娘，从小到大，她都因为自己的体型而感到十分的自卑。一场同学聚会中，科米特喝多了，第二天醒来时，身边竟然躺着一个男人，明白了昨晚发生了什么事的科米特，等来的只有这个男人的冷嘲热讽和无情抛弃。在好友娜妮帕（艾丝特·苏普莉拉EstherSupreeleela饰）的鼓励之下，科米特决定开始减肥。在经历了千辛万苦之后，科米特终于减肥成功，成为了令所有男人都无法移开目光的大美女。虽然获得了美貌，但科米特对男人已经没有半点信任了，她决定报复这些肤浅的视觉动物。

崔斯坦（杰西·麦特卡尔菲 Jesse Metcalfe 饰）拥有着常人看来完美无缺的生活，他和家人之间的关系十分的亲近，还拥有一个漂亮的女朋友和一份收入颇丰的工作。可即便如此，崔斯坦还是觉得终日郁郁寡欢，循规蹈矩毫无波澜的日子过得他快要发狂了，他十分希望能够有一段能够令他肾上腺素激烈分泌的刺激的经历发生。 　　一次偶然中，崔斯坦结识了名为塞巴斯蒂安（科里·拉奇 Corey Large 饰）的男子，塞巴斯蒂安表面和崔斯坦称兄道弟，实际上偷偷的将他引入了歧途。原来，塞巴斯蒂安是一名毒贩，他希望利用崔斯坦的身份优势来帮自己走私毒品。在塞巴斯蒂安的步步诱导之下，崔斯坦在犯罪的漩涡中越陷越深。

赵子彤与邵雪、凌菲、球球作为体育大学大四的学生，在学校成立了“正义社”，申弱者之言。这天，四名女生将校园一偷窥狂扭送到派出所，却不料发现其很快被放出且行迹鬼祟。赵子彤等人跟了上去，原来此人是社会混混，躲避仇家阴差阳错误入校园。赵子彤四人暗中观察怀疑此人从事不法行为。于是，四名女生在其据点对面短租下一家小餐馆利于观察，然而经过一系列的行动和分析，赵子彤等人惊讶地发现里面窝藏的是一个穷凶极恶的犯罪团伙，深知事态严重几人决定立刻报警，而这时却有一个能抓住犯罪证据的大好机会，于是几人兵分两路，机智与罪犯周旋，最终配合警方将罪犯一网打尽，伸张正义的同时也获得了荣誉毕业生的嘉奖。

写宋熙宁年间，勇平王高斌之女高蔼霞为黑妖蟒摄去。猎人石义见义勇为，冒死入黑洞灭妖，救出高蔼霞。石义义兄王恩得知王府寻找郡主，也假意赶去灭妖。俟高蔼霞出洞后，即将洞口堵死，再去冒功骗赏。石义在洞中被白兔仙子所救，但在回家途中，又被王恩骗去蔼霞所赠珠宝后推下山崖。石义又为白兔仙子救治。王恩被招为郡马。正当王府为蔼霞完婚时，石义赶到。经蔼霞亲自盘问，认出石义乃救命恩人，结为百年之好。王恩被送官究办。
